Classic Lead - One Colour

At this time, all my products are made to order.  Which means each collar is created just for you and your perfect pooch. So it's really important that you measure your pet correctly to ensure the perfect fit.

Have a read through all the guides/dropdowns on the product listings, this will give you all the info you need to order.

If you'd like to chat about your design, feel free to contact me directly to discuss your ideas and what you'd like created. I can follow a pattern from my listed designs, or I can create a design just for you.

For all collars, pop a tape measure round your dogs neck where the collar will lay, make sure not to make it too tight by popping two fingers between the tape measure and your dogs neck. Alternatively, measure their current collar to see the size they wear at the moment.

Order Processing

All ready to ship orders are shipped within 2 workings days.

All custom orders have a current lead time of 2 weeks. Once your order is placed a more accurate delivery date will be given, this is normally the much shorter 5 working days, but can take the full 2 weeks during busy periods

UK Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr, Royal Mail aim to deliver all these parcels within 1-3 working days, £4.50

Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

International Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed International

Postage is charged by weight of the order, and depending on location in the world.

One of the best features of Biothane is that its waterproof and so easy to clean.

Once a week wipe over with a damp cloth, just warm soapy water will do.

While wiping over, make sure to check all the fixtures and fittings and ensure there's no sign of wear.
